Weekly Internal & External inspection of your property –
* Flush all toilets & run taps
* Open windows and doors to freshen the house
* House plant watering on request
* Payment of utility bills (Clients own separate cost from retainer)
* Weekly security inspections
* North Cove will arrange and manage any repairs (In consultation with owners prior to repairs undertaken with costing)
* Checking of household electrics.
* Plus all appliances.
* Looking for water leaks.
* Full working check of air-condition units
Maintenance & Management can organize other services on request by experienced tradesmen including:
* House/Apartment Painting & Decorating internal or external
* Extra water storage tanks & filter cleaning or replacement
* Gutter Cleaning or replacement
* Driveways, patios, paving, and fencing
* Stonewalling to the perimeter of boundaries
